The JD/MBA Students’ Association of Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business is thrilled to be hosting its 21st Annual Business & Law Conference Beyond Borders: Implications of International Business & Law!  

The awarding of the 2017 Hennick Medal for Academic Excellence will take place at the event, to recognize the top graduating student of the JD/MBA program.

Topics addressed throughout the day will include:

  • International Trade: Access to Markets (NAFTA, Brexit);
  • International Corporate Arbitration;
  • Breaches in International Security (cyber security and crimes, anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing); and
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (human rights, anti-corruption/bribery, UN Guiding Principles)
