The Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) program established in 1972, was the first joint degree program of its kind in Canada. It offers students the benefit of both degrees from two of Canada’s top-ranked professional schools. The joint program is a highly respected and rigorous program that prepares students for the demands of leading edge careers in business, law, and a variety of fields in which the two disciplines intersect. It is supported and promoted by the Jay and Barbara Hennick Centre for Business and Law.
The JD/MBA program provides students with superior knowledge that will allow them to tackle legal and business issues in today’s dynamic global environment. Students will gain core skills including leadership, teamwork, and management expertise that will provide them with a competitive advantage in both law and business.
